Non-profit means that you don't pay people for their services but still they work for you because they're your friends....
I don't know what this website is all about. Is just a site with different flash's on made by different people. Sorry to say but I suck at flash, I'm more into live action video (youtube) stuff. I doubt my skills would be useful to you, unless for some reason you need live action video or my voice (I do voice act and dub) so Otherwise, good luck with your site.
